This series has a very simple and basic premise: Reporter Jim Qwilleran inherits a vast fortune and choses to live out his eccentric ways with his two Siamese cats: Koko and YumYum and solve murders on the side. Koko is a very special cat who assists in the solving of crimes in various ways. What this series has going for it, is that each and every book leaves you guessing. Each clue or twist is one you did not see coming, and each one satisfies your love of calm and relaxing cozy mysteries. This series is best read in order, however I did read a few out of order and it did not matter to the story -- enough background is given where necessary that you do not miss much at all.
This series is a little harder to get ahold of, but it is well worth the effort! They are not currently on Kindle Unlimited, but they are available in various places for different prices. If you truly want to get every single book all at once, Amazon has the entire series for $193.99.
