    We have another full-series review here. The Peridale Cafe Cozy Mysteries is a collection of 26 books written by Agatha Frost. This series has so much going for it: murder, romance story, and a baker who solves the murders despite her cop boyfriend. Yes, you did read that right -- the baker solves the murders. 

    Each book in this series adds to the story, and are best read in order. Julia South (the heroine of these books) is a sassy baker that does not let anyone walk all over her, and it shows. She's also kind, and "adopts" a homeless teenager while dating the new local cop. 

    I highly recommend reading this series with a cup of your favorite tea or coffee under a blanket in a comfy chair. They will leave you laughing at the shenanigans Julia finds herself in, as well as swooning over the protectiveness of her boyfriend while feeling the excitement of a mystery.
